Ingredients

  • 1 (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese wheels
  • ½ cup Nichols Farms Organic Hot Honey Pistachios, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup fig jam
  • 1-2 tablespoons hot honey (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Crackers or sliced bread, for serving

Method

  • Spread the cheese. Using the back of a spoon, spread the Boursin cheese wheel evenly across the bottom of a shallow serving dish.
  • Add the fig jam. Spoon the fig jam over the cheese and gently spread into an even layer.
  • Top with pistachios. Sprinkle the roughly chopped Nichols Farms Organic Hot Honey Pistachios evenly over the fig jam.
  • Drizzle with hot honey. For extra sweet heat, drizzle the dip with hot honey, if desired.
  • Finish and serve. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and serve immediately with your favorite crackers, crostini, or sliced bread.
