Ingredients
- 1 (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese wheels
- ½ cup Nichols Farms Organic Hot Honey Pistachios, roughly chopped
- ½ cup fig jam
- 1-2 tablespoons hot honey (optional)
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Crackers or sliced bread, for serving
Method
- Spread the cheese. Using the back of a spoon, spread the Boursin cheese wheel evenly across the bottom of a shallow serving dish.
- Add the fig jam. Spoon the fig jam over the cheese and gently spread into an even layer.
